Clive Cunio joined the Company in January 2006.

He worked for 20 years in local government (Stockport MBC and then High Peak Borough Council) in both planning policy and development control sections, dealing with the complete range of development proposals.

Clive joined the planning team of McCarthy and Stone, Britain’s leading retirement builder, in January 2003, successfully advising the Company on all aspects of planning, from site search, development appraisals and vendor negotiations through to planning, construction and beyond.

Since joining Walsingham Planning, Clive has obtained successful planning permissions for a number of clients and schemes including restaurants, pubs, hotels, GP practices, health centres, residential, cricket club and industrial developments.

Clive has been a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1991

Away from the office, Clive enjoys the outdoors and is also an active member of the Historic Volkswagen Club GB, taking his classic vehicle to numerous shows up and down the country and occasionally to Germany.
