Helen Binns joined the company in March 2011.

She has over 10 years experience as a planner having previously worked in local government in Development Control and Enforcement and for the last 8 years with RPS where she was an Associate.

Helen has experience of a wide range of planning matters and advises both public and private sector clients. She has been particularly involved in housing developments, student accommodation and education schemes as well as various commercial developments.

Helen has experience of leading large project teams, instructing Counsel and planning appeals. She has been a member of the RTPI for 9 years.

Outside work Helen is a dedicated mum to her two small children. She also enjoys reading, walking and going to the cinema.
