Mark Thackeray is a Principal Consultant at the Bourne End office.
Mark, who joined the practice in 1995, hails from Worcester and studied Town Planning at Cardiff University.
On graduation he worked in local government in South Wales before a long stint with Reading Borough Council’s local planning and development control teams.
Over sixteen years he rose from Senior Planner to Development Control Manager, heading up the Council’s DC and Enforcement functions. |
