Stephen Brooker has a Diploma awarded with commendation in Town & Country Planning and is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. He worked in local government for over 5 years dealing with planning applications, development negotiations and appeals. He left in 1983 to set up the planning and land department for an estate agency based in Herts, Bucks and Oxon. Stephen joined the practice in April 1987 and specialises in the leisure sector. He acts for a number of brewers, pub and restaurant operators, hotel groups and sports and leisure companies. Stephen is based at the Bourne End office. |
