Clive Cunio joined the Company in January 2006.
He worked for 20 years in local government (Stockport MBC and then High Peak Borough Council) in both planning policy and development control sections, dealing with the complete range of development proposals.
Clive joined the planning team of McCarthy and Stone, Britain’s leading retirement builder, in January 2003, successfully advising the Company on all aspects of planning, from site search, development appraisals and vendor negotiations through to planning, construction and beyond. |
