Getting the details sorted out in time – Walsingham Planning brought in to get in right

Following approval for a new health centre using the project architects, the client, Galliford Try, were keen to obtain an early discharge of all conditions on the site within the tight timescales.

Walsingham Planning were therefore instructed due to their expertise in such issues and their ability to resolve particular issues which had arisen post-decision.

Walsingham Planning also successfully negotiated various alterations to the scheme to take account of changes in the design and layout of the building where required.
