Walsingham Planning has secured planning permission for thousands of new hotel bedrooms in extensions, changes of use of existing office blocks and new build schemes.

Work at hotels has also included refurbishments and alterations to provide new back of house and leisure facilities.

Many of these have been Listed buildings, some have been in the Green Belt or other countryside areas subject to restrictive policies.
