Fees
 We offer a free of charge initial telephone consultation, We can pride ourselves on spending our clients’ money as if it were our own, getting to the crux of a matter as soon as possible in all instances and advising whether or not any particular case should be pursued.
Walsingham Planning will usually be able to assess individual cases and give fee estimates on a Free of Charge basis if some basic facts and details can be supplied.
Our fees reflect the level of expertise needed for an individual case from Director down to Planning Technician.
Fees may be estimated on a lump sum + expenses basis or on an hourly rate + expenses.
Even in hourly rate instructions estimates can be given and agreements can be reached to notify clients when “ceilings” are reached.
Invoicing arrangements will be tailored to each case and may involve staged payments where this is appropriate.
Our terms require payment of invoices within 21 days.
